Head of Finance
The finance team provides all treasury, accounting and legal functions for the refinery. It is also responsible for procurement of products and services.
The engineering department is responsible for integrity assurance in support of safe and reliable maintenance and operation.
The production department is responsible for refining and processing of crude oil into end products for our shareholders.
The HSSE department ensures that SAPREF adheres to and improves its health, safety, security and environmental performance
The ICT department is responsible of driving the SAPREF IT strategy for the business.
The process technology team is accountable for process safety, plant operation optimisation, process control, process modification as well as quality assurance of our products.
The Programme Management Office (PMO) is a vehicle to drive performance in the refinery in line with the objectives of Vision 2025. It comprises of six strategic levers : Safety & Integrity, People Capability, Reliability, Efficiency, Right Kit, Turnaround Improvement.
