The finance team provides all treasury, accounting and legal functions for the refinery. It is also responsible for procurement of products and services.

The ICT department is responsible of driving the SAPREF IT strategy for the business.
The process technology team is accountable for process safety, plant operation optimisation, process control, process modification as well as quality assurance of our products.
The Programme management Office (PMO) is a vehicle to drive performance in the refinery in line with the objectives of Vision 2025. It comprises six strategic levers : Safety & Integrity, People Capability, Reliability, Efficiency, Right Kit, Turnaround Improvement.
