SAPREF is engaged in a process of change
which will result in a refinery with a truly world class performance.
The initiatives supporting that change are many-fold but there
are two which run like golden threads through every aspect
of the change. The first is the programme "Investment
in Excellence" which has touched all SAPREF
people and which is transform ing the way we work individually
and in teams. The second is our "Business Excellence"
programme which will result in a set of Management Systems
bringing a harmony and structure to everything we do.
