SAPREF holds public open days at certain times each year. This provides an opportunity for neighbouring communities in south Durban to visit the refinery and see first-hand how it works. This serves to de-mystify our activities and enhance understanding of the refinery.

Open days are organised by SAPREF’s communications department and invitations to the public are publicised in the relevant community newspapers.
