Promotion of Access to Information Act  

Information Manual

INFORMATION THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC IS DIVIDED INTO TWO CATEGORIES:

  • CATEGORY A: readily available on request
  • CATEGORY B: that which is of an operational nature and subject to SAPREF's discretion to disclose or refuse.

Both will require application and motivation using this downloadable PDF form.
Each request will be considered on its merit and SAPREF has the right to charge a requestor for the information in terms of annexure a part iii of the regulations as published in government gazette no. 7278.

Information required under section 51(1)(d) of the Promotion of Access to Information Act no. 2 of 2000
